Emergency First Aid is one of the most popular combined first aid and CPR courses. This course is offered through the Red Cross, Lifesaving Society and Heart and Stroke Foundation. Candidates that require this course include daycare workers, teachers, fitness workers, public service sector workers, fitness instructors, and many more. This page explains the emergency first aid and CPR program and guides candidates to a course in their area.
Emergency First Aid includes a variety of CPR and first aid topics. CPR level “A” training comes standard with the course, however, at some locations candidates can opt for a higher level CPR “C” training with the course.
